Comes with its own private local phone number for direct access. Your voice messages are all copied to your personal email for archive and forwarding if necessary. High quality sound, 60 second greeting time and 2 minute message length are standard. Messages are stored in Voice Mail for 7 days and of course can be archived permanently in your email. Holds up to 99 messages at a time.

We can professionally record your custom greeting with different messages for morning, afternoon, evening and weekend callers. All messages are also stored in your company’s personal email accounts. Messages can be transferred to the appropriate person’s email rather than making paper notes. Messages can also be transferred from one Voice Mailbox to another, if your personnel has voice mail on our system. The same parameters apply as in the Basic Voice Mailbox.

We can provide a menu that works off a local phone number that can be used directly or call-forwarded to as the main point of contact. Callers can select a person or a department for a connection by pushing a button or using speech recognition. Each person in the company could be in a different location and actually be anywhere between Miami and Sebastian or even in another state.

 

Some companies have lost phone service and power for 2-3 weeks or more after a hurricane.

 

Our technology is located in a Time Warner (TW Telecom) secure facility in Fort Lauderdale. We are hurricane proof and lightning proof and in an ideal operating environment.

 

Even if FPL and AT&T are down in your area in the wake of a storm, we will still be operational. You just need to call-forward to our service to connect your main phone number to a unique phone number located at our service (we’ll supply the number). You’ll still be able to receive calls through our Voice Mail to your cell phone direct through our system. Callers can simply listen to information you’ve recorded and updated as necessary, or they can opt to connect to someone in your company that has a working cell phone.

 

You’ll be able to disseminate information to customers, special information to employees, and even for prospective customers. Some businesses offer options to callers that provide special info for employees, separate from customers, so they can call in for the latest updates from the company. You will be able to change the information as often as necessary from any working phone and you can remotely change the contact from one cell phone to another. Copies of each message will also be delivered to the customers e-mail for archive and back-up.

 

We’ll supply a South Florida Phone Number (Palm Beach County, Martin County, St Lucie County, Indian River County – or even a number in New York. For the remainder of the Hurricane season (Now through November 30th) you can have a special “Hurricane Number” for $60 for up to 6 months.
